Integrity Healing Touch LLC is a rapidly growing advanced wound care company serving patients across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. We provide mobile wound care and biologic skin grafting directly in patient homes, clinics, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities.
We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and independent Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team as a 1099 contractor. This role offers exceptional flexibility, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to directly impact patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Perform in-home and on-site wound assessments
• Manage chronic and non-healing wounds
• Apply biologic skin grafts
• Document procedures in our mobile-friendly system
• Collaborate with a remote supervising physician
• Maintain communication with our clinical team
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
Compensation (1099):
• $125–$150 per standard wound care visit
• $175–$225 per advanced biologic graft procedure
• $0.70 per mile mileage reimbursement
• Weekly pay
• Typical earning potential: $1,000–$1,800+ per day depending on patient volume
Territory (DFW):
Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, McKinney, Arlington, Frisco, Irving, and surrounding areas.
You may choose your preferred travel radius.
Ideal Candidate:
• Texas-licensed Nurse Practitioner
• Wound care or primary care experience preferred
• Strong documentation skills
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Reliable transportation
• Professional and patient-focused
• Able to use mobile devices for charting
